ProblemSifter is an AI tool that helps founders build products by uncovering real pain points from Reddit. When purchasing a package, users can specify the subreddit to scrape. Users own the results generated by our AI based on the provided subreddit.

2. Payments and Sales Policy
We collect your name, email, and payment information to process your order. Due to the custom nature of our analysis reports and the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the analysis has been delivered.

3. User Data and Privacy
We collect personal information (name, email, payment information) and non-personal data (cookies) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Ownership
All analysis results generated for the specified subreddit belong to the user who purchased the package.

5. Changes to Terms
